Services

Noverionex may provide creative, branding, web design, website development, software development, consulting, digital strategy, performance optimization, SEO-oriented setup, automation, and related digital services.

Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, scope, and project details should be confirmed in writing through an estimate, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written project communication.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content, login access, images, brand assets, written approvals, and materials needed to complete the project.

• Delays in providing content, access, approvals, or feedback may delay project timelines.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to materials they provide.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing work and requesting corrections within the agreed review period.

Payments

Payment terms will be defined per project. Noverionex may require deposits, milestone payments, or full payment before final delivery, launch, file transfer, or publication.

Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, withholding of final files, or suspension of services until the account is current.

Revisions & Scope

Projects may include a defined number of revisions or review rounds. Additional revisions, new requests, major direction changes, added pages, added features, or work outside the original scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables become available to the client after required payments are completed. Noverionex may retain ownership of preliminary concepts, unused drafts, internal processes, templates, tools, code snippets, and design systems not specifically transferred.

Noverionex may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and social media unless a written confidentiality restriction is agreed upon.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may rely on third-party services such as WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, domains, plugins, themes, APIs, analytics tools, email platforms, payment processors, or other external systems.

Noverionex is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, platform restrictions, plugin conflicts, account issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to text messages from Noverionex — for example, by checking the text message consent box on the Contact or Request form — you agree to receive informational and promotional text messages about your inquiry, projects, services, and offers. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noverionex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, project delays, third-party platforms, technical issues, or business outcomes.
