Overview

Noverionex provides custom creative, design, branding, development, consulting, and digital service work. Because these services involve planning, labor, strategy, communication, and custom production, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, payment type, and work already completed.

Plain-English summary: custom service work is not treated like a physical product return. Once work begins, time, planning, design, development, and strategy have value.

Deposits

Deposits, booking fees, consultation fees, strategy fees, or project-start payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits reserve time, initiate planning, and compensate Noverionex for preparation and scheduling.

Work Already Started

Once project work has started, partial or full refunds are not guaranteed. Work may include discovery, research, strategy, design direction, mockups, code, setup, revisions, communication, asset preparation, performance work, or administrative project handling.

If a refund is considered, Noverionex may deduct the value of completed work, time spent, administrative costs, third-party charges, and delivered or partially delivered materials.

Digital Deliverables

Completed and delivered digital products, designs, files, websites, code, branding assets, or approved project milestones are generally non-refundable due to the custom and digital nature of the work.

Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting Noverionex in writing. Cancellation does not automatically remove responsibility for unpaid completed work, active milestones, third-party costs, or approved project phases.

  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, Noverionex may review whether a partial refund is appropriate.
  • If cancellation occurs after work begins, charges may apply for completed labor and project preparation.
  • If a client becomes unresponsive, the project may be paused or closed after reasonable follow-up attempts.

Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs are generally non-refundable. These may include hosting, domains, plugins, themes, software subscriptions, stock assets, fonts, APIs, platform fees, payment processing fees, or other external service charges.

Disputes & Resolution

Noverionex aims to resolve concerns professionally and directly. Clients should contact Noverionex as soon as possible if they believe there is an issue with billing, deliverables, scope, or project expectations.
