Case Study · Noverionex CRM
We built a business operating system — and run our company on it.
Noverionex CRM is Noverionex' multi-tenant CRM and operations platform — live at app.noverionex.com. Proof of what we can build for your business.
Why we built it
The problem
Most growing businesses run on disconnected tools — leads in spreadsheets, outreach in inboxes, security in another tab. We built one workspace where sales, operations, security, and client communication share the same data model.
The platform
What we built
One platform for teams that sell and deliver services:
- CRM & pipeline — leads, contacts, assignments, drag-and-drop pipeline, role-based access
- Operations — reports, audit trails, imports, messaging, AI insights from your files
- Warden security — threat telemetry, playbooks, firewall integration (protects Noverionex CRM too)
- ForgeRep — automated review requests when deals close
- Client portal — WordPress members area bridged to the platform backend
One login, one billing backbone, one design language.
Dogfooded, not demoware
Proof it works: we run real businesses on it
We run Noverionex and Anaptysso on Noverionex CRM daily — two different businesses, two workspaces, same platform. That is the proof: not a demo, production software we stake our own operations on.
For the technically curious
Under the hood
Real engineering stack:
- Stack: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, tRPC
- Data: PostgreSQL + Prisma (70+ models)
- Infra: Vercel, cron automations, Stripe billing
- Integrations: Gmail, Twilio, Meta, Cloudflare, OpenAI
- Scale: 29 API routers, 35+ dashboard routes, four production domains
The takeaway
What this means for you
If we built this for ourselves, we can build software shaped to how your business works.
