Disconnecting Facebook / Instagram
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Noverionex CRM (for example, through a social integration or login), you can disconnect it at any time:
- Sign in to your Noverionex CRM workspace at app.noverionex.com.
- Go to Settings → Integrations (or Settings → Connected Accounts).
- Locate the Facebook or Instagram connection and click Disconnect.
- This immediately revokes Noverionex CRM’s OAuth access token and removes all stored Meta tokens from our systems.
You can also revoke access directly from Facebook at any time:
facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites → Noverionex CRM → Remove
Requesting Full Data Deletion
To request complete deletion of all data Noverionex CRM holds that is associated with your Facebook/Meta account or your Noverionex CRM account, send an email to:
Please include:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Noverionex CRM account
- The Facebook profile name or ID you used to connect (if applicable)
- Any additional context about the data you want deleted
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
What Data We May Hold
When you connect a Meta account to Noverionex CRM, we may have stored:
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for the connected account
- Your Meta user ID and public profile name (for display purposes)
- Any leads or contacts imported via Meta integrations (Facebook Lead Ads, etc.)
- Campaign data or ad performance metrics pulled via the Meta API
Upon disconnection or deletion request, all of the above is permanently removed from our active systems. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
